Mortgages....

Arranging a mortgage with Monarch is a relatively straight forward process. As a non resident the following would apply:
 
Maximum loan to value of 80%
Maximum term of 40 years
Maximum age up to 80 years old
Interest only terms available
Interest rate calculation based on 3 month Euribor rate plus bank “spread” 0.5% - 0.9%
Mortgage process length 6 – 8 week from time documents received.
 
The above criteria does vary between different countries.

Qualification for a Mortgage is based on affordability and on meeting with us, we will  be able to do the calculation which would determine whether you would qualify for the mortgage. We do not want our clients to enter into anything which would be beyond their financial capabilities.

The documentation needed would be similar to what you would be required to provide for your Bank or Building Society back home.
 
Photocopies of your documents are required so there is no need to worry about sending original documentation.

We can also arrange for a current account to be opened in your name,in the country that you buy.

 

Fiscal Representation...
If you purchase a  property you will need Fiscal representation, which is a legal requirement  in most countries,and this is something we can arrange on your behalf.
